Croatia approves Tankerska's buyout bid for Atlantska Plovidba

May 23 (SeeNews) - Croatia's financial services regulator HANFA said it has allowed local shipping company Tankerska Plovidba to make a takeover bid for the 35.49% stake it does not already own in peer Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL].

Tankerska Plovidba offers 53.60 ($58) euro per Atlantska share, HANFA said in a statement on Wednesday.

Atlantska Plovidba’s capital of 83.3 million euro is distributed among 2,093,270 shares.

Atlantska Plovidba’s shares closed flat at 52.20 euro on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse.
