Croatia Airlines plans to raise capital to 1.6 bln kuna (212 mln euro)

November 16 (SeeNews) - Croatia Airlines [ZSE:CRAL-R-A] said on Friday it plans to increase its capital to some 1.64 billion kuna ($270 million/212 million euro) from 990 million kuna through a new share issue.

The company plans to issue 3,259,447 new ordinary shares of 200 kuna in nominal value each, it said in a bourse filing.

The proposal to raise capital will be put to the vote at an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Croatia Airlines scheduled for December 27.

(1 euro = 7.5404 Croatian kuna)
