BUCHAREST (Romania), December 9 (SeeNews) – The Swiss parliament has approved a grant of 181 million Swiss francs ($177 million/120 million euro) to Romania to finance projects in various sectors, Romania’s Finance Ministry said on Wednesday.

The money will be used to support reforms implementation and finance projects in the sectors of environment, infrastructure, social development and human resources, the ministry said in a statement.

The governments of Romania and Switzerland will sign the framework agreement which will effectively allow the distribution of the funds and implementation of projects in the first half of next year.
