Construction of 19.4 mln euro sports-medical complex starts in Bulgaria’s Burgas

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 3 (SeeNews) – The construction of a 38 million levs ($25.3 million/19.4 million euro) sports-medical complex has started in the Bulgarian town of Burgas, local authorities said.

The project is being implemented jointly by the Bulgarian Wrestling Federation, the municipality of Burgas and local company Eurobul BFB, the municipality said on its website.

Construction works are planned to be completed in 24 months.

The complex covers an area of 23,264 square meters. It includes a 25-metre indoor swimming pool, a 50 metre outdoor swimming pool, two multifunctional sports halls, a medical centre, a gym, conference halls, a hotel and commercial area.
