Its preliminary unaudited revenues from electricity sales totalled 959.1 million levs in the January-September period, CEZ Electro Bulgaria said in a bourse filing.
Bulgaria's government will offer for sale its 33% stakes in the two local units on CEZ on the Sofia bourse on Monday. A total of 63,624 shares of CEZ Razpredelenie Bulgaria, at a minimum price of 1,415 levs, and 1,650 shares of CEZ Electro Bulgaria, at a minimum price of 8,660 levs, will be offered to investors.
CEZ Electro Bulgaria supplies electricity to over 1.9 million customers in the Sofia region and parts of western and northern Bulgaria.
