September 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian tobacco group Bulgartabac Holding [BUL:57B] said on Friday it has raised its stake in local tobacco processing plant Sofia-BT [BUL:3JU] to 90.01% from 78.22%.

Bulgartabac Holding increases stake in Sofia-BT to 90.01%

Bulgartabac Holding has purchased 143,527 Sofia-BT shares, thus increasing its holdings to some 1.1 million shares, it said in a bourse filing.

The price was not disclosed.

Sofia-BT closed 1.62% higher at 63 levs ($41.6/32.2 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Friday.

(1 euro=1.95583 Bulgarian levs)
