September 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Zenit Agroholding [BUL:5Z2] said on Tuesday it changed its name to Zenit Investment Holding.
The company shareholders approved the proposal at a general meeting held on September 18, Zenit said in a bourse filing.

On Monday, the diversified holding said four shareholders who own a 32.05% stake among themselves have sold their entire ownership interest in the company. Among the four shareholders are the executive director Svetoslav Baturov and a member of the board of directors – Vladimir Moskov.
Vladimir Moskov and Svetoslav Baturov have sold 20,075 Zenit Agroholding shares each, at a price of 5.22 levs ($3.19/2.67 euro) per share, the company said in a separate bourse filing on Monday.
