Holiday Park, the largest retail park in southwestern Bulgaria, spreads over 23,000 square metres and has 16 stores offering housewares and leisure goods, Videolux Holding said in a press release.

More than 300 new jobs have been created at the facility.

Videolux Holding is the parent company of DIY retail chain Praktiker and consumer electronics store network Technopolis. The retail group plans to open new retail parks in the cities of Pazardzhik, Stara Zagora and Haskovo, all of them in southern Bulgaria, by the end of 2023.

Last month, Videolux Holding started construction of a new Praktiker store in Sofia's western district of Krasno Selo, which is the first store in a planned new Holiday Park retail facility.
