Bulgaria's Ustrem Holding lists 11.2 mln euro bond in Sofia

November 26 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has decided to admit to trading an eight-year 22 million levs ($12.7 million/11.2 million euro) bond issued by local Ustrem Holding [BUL:U1HA].

The bonds will start trading on the stock exchange on November 28, the stock exchange operator said in a statement on Monday.

The issue comprises 22,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each.

The bonds, due in May 2027, carry an annual coupon of 4.5% with interest payments due semi-annually.
