Bulgaria's turnover indices in services grow in 2021 - stats office

Turnover from transportation, storage and postal services rose the most, by 19% in 2021, NSI said in a statement, quoting preliminary data.

Air transport posted the highest annual turnover growth, of 62%, within the transportation, storage and postal services segment.

Turnover from information and communication services increased 18% last year, mainly due to a 54% rise in revenue from publishing activities, as well as a rise of 53% in motion picture, video and TV programme production and music publishing activities.

Within the other business services segment, the largest annual growth rate in comparison was observed in travel agency and tour operator activities, by 131%.
