Bulgaria's Trace Group plans 0.13 euro per share dividend

May 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian construction company Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57] said it is proposing to its shareholders a gross dividend payout of 0.25 levs ($0.14/0.13 euro) per share for 2023.

The company plans to distribute as dividend some 6.05 million levs out of its net profit of 14.85 million levs reported for last year, Trace Group said in a stock exchange filing on Monday. The remaining earnings would go to the company's development fund.

The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 28.

Trace Group paid a gross dividend of 0.16 levs per share for 2022, or some 3.87 million levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

As of 1038 CEST on Tuesday, shares in Trace Group Hold traded 7.46% higher at 4.90 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
