Bulgaria's Trace Group Hold starts construction of residential, office complex

The complex will have a total built up area of 1,372 square metres and will comprise three residential and one office section, Trace Group Hold said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The investor in the project is Trace Group Hold's wholly-owned subsidiary Trace Properties.

As at 14:45 CET on Wednesday, shares in Trace Group Hold traded 2.25% lower at 3.48 levs ($2.09/1.78 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

Trace Group Hold's activities include rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of roads, highways, airports, underground stations and underground railways, ground railroads and facilities, urban infrastructure and road marking.
