Bulgaria’s TK Hold to buy back up to 3% of own shares

October 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group TK Hold [BUL:T24] said on Friday it will launch a share buyback programme on October 9, targeting up to 256,181 of its own shares that represent a 3% stake in the company.

Under the programme, TK Hold will pay between 1.2 levs ($0.72/0.61 euro) and 2.0 levs per share, the company said in a bourse filing.

The programme will close on April 9, 2018.
