Bulgaria’s Telso stake in Sopharma falls below 5.0%

November 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Monday that local investment trust Telso has lowered its stake in the company to 4.98%.

Bulgaria’s Telso stake in Sopharma falls below 5.0%

In a transfer, registered at the country’s Central Depository on November 26, Telso sold 35,000 shares in the drug maker, Sopharma said in a statement to the Sofia bourse.

The value or parties to the deal were not disclosed.

Blue chip Sopharma was traded 0.41% higher at 2.209 levs ($1.46/1.13 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange by 1305 GMT on Monday.
