Bulgaria's TBS Group repurchases 4,278 own shares

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Telelink Business Services Group (TBS Group) [BSE:TBS] said on Friday that it has repurchased 4,278 own shares.

Following the transaction, TBS Group now holds 13,843 shares, or 0.111% of its capital, the company said in a bourse filing.

TBS Group is seeking to repurchase up to 15,000 own shares as part of its buyback programme, or 0.12% of its capital, the company said in a bourse filing last month.

In June, TBS Group received approval from its shareholders to launch a programme targeting up to 3% of the company's capital. TBS Group will pay up to 11 levs ($6.64/5.62 euro) per share but no less than 7.4 levs per share for the repurchases, it said at the time.

TBS Group shares last traded at a price of 11 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
