Bulgaria’s Synthetica cuts stake in plastics maker Formoplast to 39.15%

December 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian plastics maker Formoplast [BUL:4F8] said that Sofia-based business management consultant Synthetica has lowered its stake in the company to 39.15%.

Synthetica has disposed of 1.84% of Formoplast’s equity and currently holds some 1.5 million shares in the company, the plastics maker said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

No financial details were disclosed.

Formoplast last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, when it ended flat at 3.4 levs ($2.3/1.7 euro) in a volume of 36,200 shares.
