November 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Super Borovets Property Fund REIT [BUL:6SB] said on Thursday that it has raised some 16 million levs ($9.2 million/8.2 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue.

The real estate investment trust placed 7,199,996 million shares at a price of 2.22 levs apiece, Super Borovets Property Fund REIT said in a bourse filing.

Super Borovets Property Fund REIT increased its capital to some 23.38 million levs from 16.18 million levs via the new issue.

The company's shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, when they closed at 2.46 levs.
