Bulgaria’s Stara Planina Hold expects 10.8% rise in Jan-Aug sales

SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 22 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] said on Tuesday it expects its consolidated sales  to rise by an annual 10.78% to 141.8 million levs ($85.3 million/72.5 million euro) in the January-August period.

In the first seven months of 2017, consolidated sales increased by 10.37% year-on-year to 126.6 million levs, Stara Planina Hold said in a bourse filing.

In July alone, consolidated sales revenue amounted to 19.9 million levs.

Stara Planina's investment portfolio includes companies operating in machine building, electrical engineering, perfumery and cosmetics, and textiles.

As at 1410 CET on Tuesday, Stara Planina Hold shares traded 0.18% lower at 8.345 levs.
