Bulgaria's Sopharma ups stake in unit Sopharma Trading

December 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5] said on Wednesday that its parent - drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], has acquired 1,000 shares in the company on December 8.

Sopharma acquired the shares at a price of 5.60 levs ($3.47/2.86 euro) apiece through a deal on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange regulated market, Sopharma Trading said in a stock exchange filing.

On December 7, Sopharma acquired 2,929 shares in Sopharma Trading at a price of 5.60 levs per share.

Sopharma held a 76.09% stake in Sopharma Trading at the end of September.

As at 14:25 CET on Wednesday, shares in Sopharma were 0.65% down at 3.08 levs, while shares in Sopharma Trading traded 1.75% lower at 5.60 levs.
