September 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5] said that its majority owner - drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], has increased its stake in the company by acquiring 3,000 shares at a weighed average price per share of 6.45 levs ($3.687/3.371 euro).
Sopharma acquired the shares on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on September 11, Sopharma Trading said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
As at 8:30 CET on Friday, Sopharma Trading shares traded 0.78% lower at 6.40 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. Sopharma shares had not traded by the same hour.
The 3,000 shares are equal to a 0.009% stake in Sopharma Trading, according to bourse data.
At the end of June, Sopharma held a 72.97% stake in Sopharma Trading.
