November 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5] said on Monday that it has raised some 9.4 million levs ($5.3 million/4.8 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue.
Investors subscribed for 1,371,041 of the 1,371,042 offered shares, the company said in a bourse filing.
Sopharma Trading increased its capital by 1,371,041 levs through the new issue.
As at 13:50 CET on Monday, Sopharma Trading shares traded 0.85% lower at 5.80 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Sopharma Trading is a unit of Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR].
