The company's cumulative sales revenue grew by an annual 17% to 1.03 billion levs in January-October, Sopharma Trading said in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.
In October alone, Sopharma Trading's pre-tax profit came in at 2.54 million levs, while its sales revenue increased by 20% year-on-year to 111.6 million levs.
On a consolidated basis, the company's revenue amounted to 1.37 billion levs in the first ten months of 2023, with its pre-tax profit totalling some 31.1 million levs.
Sopharma Trading's consolidated net profit slightly rose to 23.9 million levs in the nine months through September from some 23.6 million levs in the like period of last year, it said in a separate statement.
The company is a unit of Bulgarian pharmaceuticals producer Sopharma [BUL:SFA]. As of 1100 CET on Thursday, shares in Sopharma Trading traded flat at 5.85 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
