September 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:6S6] said on Friday it has successfully raised some 3.0 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue.
Investors subscribed and paid for a total of 461,984 shares in the company, Sopharma Properties said in a bourse filing.
The company offered for subscription 462,000 shares at a price of 6.50 levs each.
Sopharma Properties is now due to enter the issue in the commercial register.
The company's shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Thursday when they closed unchanged at 6.35 levs
