December 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5] said on Friday that its majority owner - drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], has acquired 4,023 shares in the company at a weighed average price per share of 5.70 levs ($3.25/2.91 euro).
Sopharma acquired the shares through deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on December 12, Sopharma Trading said in a bourse filing.

At the end of September, Sopharma held a 72.97% stake in Sopharma Trading.
As at 14:30 CET on Friday, Sopharma Trading traded 0.88% higher at 5.75 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, while Sopharma shares traded flat at 3.45 levs.
