March 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian photovoltaic (PV) panels maker Solar Panel is investing 7.35 million levs ($4.1 million/3.8 million euro) in a new plant in the northeastern town of Omurtag, the innovation ministry said.
The new factory will have a capacity of 200 MW per year and is set to generate 45 new jobs, the ministry said in a press release on Monday.

The plant will comprise a raw materials warehouse, a production workshop, a finished products warehouse and an administrative facility.
Targovishte-based Solar Panel was founded in 2022, commercial register data show.
