Bulgaria's Skladova Tehnika delists from Sofia bourse

The decision comes after the Financial Supervision Commission approved the company’s request to be removed from the public companies register, the Sofia bourse said in a statement.

Skladova Tehnika, established in 1916, was nationalized in 1947 and was subsequently privatized in 1997. The company produces hoisting and lifting equipment, as well as household appliances such as wood pellet boilers.
