Using Sirma's expertise in technology services and IT consulting, Fimple seeks to offer more competitive and sophisticated solutions as part of its mission to simplify and innovate financial services, the UK firm said in a separate statement.
London-headquartered Fimple, founded in January 2022, provides a cloud-native core banking platform to address challenges within the financial sector.
Sirma Group Holding, established in 1992, is a leading Bulgarian IT group specialising in IT technologies, software development and system integration. As of 1345 CET on Friday, shares in Sirma Group traded 3.33% lower at 0.725 levs ($0.40/0.37 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
