Bulgaria's Sever Holding places 11.2 mln euro bond

November 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sever Holding [BUL:6S8] said that it has issued an eight-year 22 million levs ($13.3 million/11.2 million euro) bond on October 28.

The bonds carry an annual coupon of 4% due each six months, Sever Holding said in a statement last week.

The issue comprises 22,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each.

The principal will be repaid in six-month installments starting from April 2024.

(1 euro = 1.95583 levs)
