Bulgaria's Rodina 91 to pursue acquisition of Napreduk Invest, renames to Rodina Capital

October 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s Rodina 91 [BUL:RODINA] said on Monday that its shareholders authorised the board of directors to take a decision on the acquisition of local firm Napreduk Invest from another local company, DNS Invest.

Rodina 91 was authorised to pursue a deal at a potential price of 500,000 levs ($248,300/255,650 euro) within six months, the company said in a stock exchange filing.

Rodina 91 also said that is changing its name to Rodina Capital.

During a meeting on October 7, the shareholders also authorised the company to sell properties, seeking a total price of at least 380,000 levs, excluding value added tax (VAT). The potential transactions should be concluded within the next six months.

In addition, the shareholders approved the move of the corporate headquarters to the capital Sofia from Dobrich, a town in the northeastern parts of the country.

Finally, investors approved the company’s audited financial reports for 2021 and 2020, when Rodina booked net profits of 12,000 levs and 10,000 levs, respectively.
