Bulgaria's residential building permits rise 19% y/y in Q4

Compared to the third quarter, the number of residential building permits grew by 8%, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said in a quarterly report.

A total of 22 permits for the construction of office buildings were issued in the October-December period, increasing by 22.2% on the year and falling by 12% quarter-on-quarter.

In terms of other types of buildings, 1,261 permits in total were issued in the review period, up 6.6% in annual terms. The number of issued permits was also 0.6% higher compared to July-September.
