Bulgaria’s Reserve Capital removed from main market of Sofia bourse

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 20 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Reserve Capital [BUL:R8I] was removed from the Special Purpose Vehicles Segment of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange Main Market as of October 20, the bourse operator said.

The board of directors of the BSE has further decided to transfer the registration of the issue of shares of Reserve Capital to the Equities Segment of the BaSE Alternative Market of the Sofia bourse as of October 20, the bourse operator said in a statement.

The Sofia bourse decided to move the company to the BaSE market as the Financial Supervision Commission revoked the licence granted to Reserve Capital to operate as a special investment purpose company on October 10, the statement reads.
