Each of the four deals was priced at 2.6 levs per share, BSE data indicated.
Last week, Regala Invest said two companies increased their stakes in the company. Varna-based Rosim raised its shareholding interest in the company to 25.62% from 19.63%, while SIR, also Varna-based, increased its stake to 27.62% from 19.92%.
Earlier this month, Tsvetoslav Tsachev, chief investment consultant at local brokerage Elana Trading, told SeeNews the restructuring of institutional investors’ portfolios is the reason for the unusually high daily trading turnover on the BSE during the period August 2 – August 4.
Trade in Regala Invest shares generated the highest turnover on the BSE on August 4, of some 8.4 million levs, as 3.2 million Regala Invest shares changed hands during the trading session. Some 562,000 Regala Invest shares had changed hands during the previous trading session, on August 3.
