Bulgaria's Quantum Developments plans 0.97 euro/share dividend for '23

Quantum Developments plans to pay out to investors some 1.24 million levs in total, including its distributable profit of 269,006 reported for last year and 965,994 levs from undistributed profit from previous years, it said in a bourse filing.

The proposal will be voted upon at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for May 30.

The company distributed a total of 1.07 million levs as dividend for 2022, or 1.65 levs per share, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Quantum Developments last traded at 0.56 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
