Bulgaria's Port Flot-Burgas shareholders approve first dividend since listing

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian port towage company Port Flot-Burgas [BUL:P2B] said on Tuesday that its shareholders have approved a gross dividend payout of 0.01 levs ($0.006/0.005 euro) per share for 2019.

The company will distribute a total of 100,000 levs as dividend for last year, it said in a stock exchange filing.

This is Port Flot-Burgas' first dividend payout since it was admitted to trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in August 2019.

The company's net profit edged down to 1.3 million levs in 2019 from 1.4 million levs in 2018.

Shares in Port Flot-Burgas last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 4.06 levs.
