Bulgaria's Port Flot-Burgas plans 0.02 euro/share dividend for 2023

May 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian port towage services company Port Flot-Burgas [BUL:PFB] said on Tuesday that it is proposing to its shareholders a gross dividend payout of 0.04 levs ($0.022/0.020 euro) per share for 2023.

The company plans to distribute as dividend a total of 400,000 levs from its net profit of 1.78 million levs reported for last year, Port Flot-Burgas said in a stock exchange filing. The remaining earnings would be retained as undistributed profit.

The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 13.

Port Flot-Burgas distributed a gross dividend of 0.025 levs per share for 2022, or 250,000 levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Port Flot-Burgas last traded on April 25 when they closed at 7.00 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
