Bulgaria's Port Fleet 99 plans 0.03 euro/share dividend for 2023

May 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian ship towage company Port Fleet 99 [BUL:PF99] said on Thursday that it is seeking shareholder approval for a gross dividend payout of 0.06 levs ($0.033/0.031 euro) per share for 2023.

Port Fleet 99 plans to distribute as dividend 120,504 levs in total out of its net profit of some 3.03 million levs reported for last year, the company said in a stock exchange filing. The remainder would be retained as undistributed profit.

The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders on June 11.

Port Fleet 99 distributed a gross dividend of 0.05 levs per share for 2022, or a total of 100,420 levs, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Port Fleet 99 last traded on April 12 when they closed at 7.30 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
