Bulgaria’s Plastchim-T, Synthetica cut stakes in Formoplast

October 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian plastics maker Formoplast [BUL:4F8] said Thursday that local flexible packaging maker Plastchim-T and business management consultant Synthetica lowered their stakes in the firm to 51% and 0.01%, respectively.

Plastchim-T has sold some 2.1 million shares in Formoplast and currently holds 1.9 million, the plastics maker said in a bourse filing. Synthetica has disposed of 194,451 shares and at present owns as many as 451 shares in the company.

No financial details were disclosed.

Formoplast last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on October 14, ending 10.81% lower at 3.3 levs ($2.2/1.7 euro) in a volume of 392 shares.
