Total revenues from concession fees are projected at more than 4.3 million levs. Half of that amount, VAT excluded, will go to the Pavlikeni municipality, in northern Bulgaria, where the concession site is located.

The company plans to invest 2.8 million levs ($1.8 million/1.4 million euro) over the lifespan of the concession, the government said in a statement following its weekly meeting.
