Bulgaria’s Petrol turns to Jan-Sept cons net loss of 17.4 mln euro

November 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian fuel retailer Petrol [BUL:5PET] has turned to a consolidated net loss of 34.1 million levs ($22.6 million/17.4 million euro) in the nine months through September from a net profit of 368,000 levs a year earlier, it said on Thursday.

Consolidated sales revenue rose to 1.1 billion levs in the January-September period from 1.06 billion levs a year earlier, Petrol said in a filing with the Sofia bourse.

At the end of September, Petrol had 342 filling stations and employed 2,372 people.

Petrol's shares were traded flat at 6.0 levs by 1429 GMT on Thursday on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
