Bulgaria's Odessos Shiprepair Yard to pay 8.2 euro/share dividend

Odessos will pay out a total of 9.39 million levs in dividend out of its net profit of 16.9 million levs reported for last year, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday. The remaining earnings will be retained as undistributed profit.

The dividend will be disbursed over three months, starting June 17.

Last year, the Varna-based company paid out a gross dividend of 12.80 levs per share for 2022, or 7.5 million levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

As of 1415 CEST on Friday, shares in Odessos Shiprepair Yard traded flat at 330.00 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
