Bulgaria's NRIC opens 4.9 mln euro tender for building Ruse traction substation

SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) said on Friday that it has launched a tender for a 9.5 million levs ($5.8 million/4.9 million euro) contract for the construction of Ruse traction substation.

The deal also envisages the integration of the traction substation to the existing SCADA control system and its maintenance for a ten-year period, NRIC said in a tender notice.

The deadline for submitting offers is January 18, 2021.

Bids will be ranked solely based on price.

The project will benefit from EU funding under operational programme Transport and Transport Infrastructure 2014-2020.
