Bulgaria's Maritsa Energy Service to buy 91% of Enemona Galabovo from Enemona

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 22 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian engineering, construction and energy group Enemona [BUL:E4A] said it has signed a deal to sell 91.13% of its subsidiary Enemona Galabovo to local company Maritsa Energy Service.

The value of the transaction is 2.9 million levs ($1.94 million/1.48 million euro), payable within 10 working days after the signing of the contract, Enemona said in a bourse filing on Friday.

Enemona's board adopted the decision for the stake sale on October 18.

The buyer is obliged to change the name of Enemona Galabovo within three months.
