Bulgaria's Marin Baturov gets 35-yr stone facing materials concession

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 31 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria's government said on Wednesday it granted local company Marin Baturov a 35-year concession to quarry for stone facing materials in the municipality of Ivailovgrad.

The company plans to invest 836,000 levs ($556,000/427,500 euro) during the concession period, the cabinet said in a statement.

Marin Baturov is expected to pay the municipality located in southern Bulgaria 1.5 million levs ($997,000/767,000 euro) in concession fees during the term of the contract. The sum does not include Value Added Tax.
