SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 11 (SeeNews) - Lom municipality, located in northeastern Bulgaria, said on Monday that it has launched a tender for awarding a contract for design and construction of a composting installation, worth 2.1 million levs ($1.2 million/1.1 million euro), VAT excluded.
The project benefits from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the municipality said in a tender notice.
The deadline for submitting offers is December 11.
Bids will be ranked solely based on price.
