Bulgaria's Lavena proposes 0.015 euro dividend for 2023

May 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian cosmetics producer Lavena [BUL:LAV] said it will ask its shareholders to approve the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.03 levs ($0.016/0.015 euro) per share for 2023.

The company plans to pay out as dividend part of its distributable profit for 2023, which totalled some 1.52 million levs, while the remaining 1.22 million levs would go towards its reserve, Lavena said in a bourse filing last week.

The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 11.

The company distributed a gross dividend of 0.02 levs per share for 2022, or 198,388 levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Lavena last traded on April 22 when they closed at 1.67 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
