The hotel will be transformed, but it will continue to be geared to the business community, Kaloyan Nikolov said in an interview for local daily newspaper 24 Chasa.

In August, the competition regulator gave its approval to Victoria Group VM to take over 92.1% of CHAD Zografski, which owns the hotel, and 100% of Fortuna Construction, which owns the plot on which the hotel is built. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Victoria Group VM, set up in June, is a wholly-owned unit of Seychelles-registered Lavana Tour.
