Month-on-month, Bulgaria's industrial output fell by 2% in October after slipping by a revised 2.6% in September, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said in a monthly report.
The only annual growth rate among the index components was recorded in the manufacturing sector. At the same time, the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply sector showed a year-on-year slump of 30% in October.
The sector also demonstrated the largest decrease, of 24.5%, on a monthly comparison basis. Month-on-month, manufacturing was the only sector to show growth in October, of 0.4%.
