May 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian investment firm ImPulse Growth [BUL:IMP], formerly Impulse I, said on Tuesday that it plans to issue up to some 2.96 million warrants at 0.10 levs ($0.055/0.051 euro) apiece by way of an initial public offering.

The warrants will grant their holders the right to subscribe for ImPulse Growth shares at 1.50 levs each as part of future capital increases until May 30, 2025, the company said in a stock exchange filing.

They can be exercised during any of the company's four capital hikes planned for August and November 2024, along with February and May 2025, in which only warrant holders will be able to participate.

Current shareholders and those who purchase shares within five business days of the warrant issue notice being published will be given rights to subscribe for new warrants, with every two rights corresponding to one warrant.

The placing will be considered successful if no fewer than 1.48 million warrants are subscribed and paid for.

ImPulse Growth has applied for the admission to trading of the warrant issue on the BEAM growth market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, it said. Sofia International Securities will act as investment intermediary for the proposed transaction.

As of 1547 CEST on Tuesday, shares in ImPulse Growth traded 3.42% higher at 1.51 levs on the BEAM growth market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
