Bulgaria's IHB repurchases 265,189 own shares in Nov

December 2 (SeeNews) - Diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHB) [BUL:4ID] said on Monday that it has repurchased 265,189 own shares in November at a weighted average price per share of 1.001 levs ($0.56/0.51 euro).

At the end of November, IHB held 6,308,580 own shares, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company's capital is divided into 107.4 million shares.

IHB's five-year share buyback programme, adopted last year, envisages the repurchase of own shares at a price of between 0.70 levs and 1.20 levs apiece.

IHB shares closed at 1.0 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Friday.
