Bulgaria's Hydropneumotechnics buys back 59 own shares

SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian hydraulic components manufacturer Hydropneumotechnics [BUL:4HY] said on Friday that it has repurchased 59 of its own shares at a weighted average price of 60.0 levs ($33.8/30.7 euro) apiece.

The shares represent a stake of 0.147% in the company, Hydropneumotechnics said in a bourse filing.

Following the transaction, Hydropneumotechnics owns 471 own shares, equivalent to a 1.18% stake in the company.

Hydropneumotechnics shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 80 levs apiece.
